We will be moving into the future with a uniform that reflects today’s trends of a cleaner, simpler design, while maintaining our traditional influence. The Sylvania Northview colors of gold and black will both be represented on the uniform. While the design for the uniform has not been developed, we plan to continue with a gold jacket that provides the striking appearance both on and off the field and that distinguishes the Sylvania Northview Marching Band from all others.
These uniforms are purchased and maintained by the Northview Band and Orchestra Boosters. Currently, there is no school funding associated with any aspect of the uniforms. A new uniform includes a jacket, pants and hat at a cost $500-$600 each. For 200 uniforms, our goal is $120,000. Therefore, we are turning to our loyal Sylvania parents, alumni and community supporters for assistance.
